Starting today I am setting up to post about 7 days of scary movies. I will post about 2 movies you can find on Netflix to watch this week as we build up to the bestest damn holiday on the planet! (Yes, bestest is a word. I say so. Quit arguing.) The first movie I would like to post about is... The Death Note (2017)This movie is based on Japanese manga created by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. The main gist of the story is a teenage boy comes in possession of a book, placed so by a demon death god named Ryuk. Ryuk teaches the boy to use the book to his own ends and desires. i'll leave the rest to you to figure out (not really hard). Though there is one thing I have to say about Ryuk... He is one Sexy AF demonic death god! (wink, wink) - BTW, here is a link to the Wiki page for The Death Note. Now that that is out of my system. It really is a pretty good movie all in all. Considering it is based on a Japanese comic book (shut up, its a damn comic book regardless of how many pages are in it or how much people are paid to 'create' it) and most foreign horror items are not when compared to the domestic trauma we like to dish out here. Ok...Movie #2 is... V/H/S, V/H/S/2 & V/H/S:ViralYes, I know, I know. It's actually 3 movies, but you have to understand. When I first came across V/H/S it was when I was looking at some new movies to watch. Perhaps even ones I had never seen or heard of before. Scrolling through, I came across this pic... Quite a looker, ain't she? You can see why I was intrigued and wanted to know more. Then I read the movie was a "found-footage" collection of short films. (Think Blair Witch Project and Paranormal Activity) Which turned me off to the idea of watching even the first movie, but trying to keep open minded, I started watching...
For some unnatural reason I was hooked. Five hours (or so) later, I found myself with dry, itchy eyes, a very numb ass and a drive to find out more about the movies and about the company responsible for their existence. I looked up the movies and found they were created by a Brad Miska and Bloody Disgusting. While I am still investigating them at this time what I have found is the website for Bloody Disgusting (click here) and that I am quite out of touch with the blood, guts and gore of the horror world and will have to dig in deeper than I thought I was capable. Hope, that you will enjoy watching along! Have a great Tuesday! See you tomorrow!!

AuthorI have spent quite a few years writing short stories that never quite fit into the 'normal' genre. When I came across the different erotica genres I was overjoyed. I had found my writing family. I hope that everyone enjoys what I've written. Please feel free to send me a comment/suggestion good/bad/indifferent. I appreciate all feedback! Bright Blessings!
